I have over 20 years of experience in human resources, strategic planning, change management, customer service improvement and internal communication. I am told I am a leader and have been intriduced at conferences as a guru - whatever that means - strategic internal communication and engagement.

Mostly I am a guy who loves to play golf, cook for my kids and friends and who truly believes that when given the chance to contribute employees all over and at all levels will do just that!
